Program
My primary focus is to examine how organizational change can take place in local governments, non-profit organizations, businesses, statewide associations, commodity groups, state agencies, police departments, and other entities. This includes implementing the WRICOPS Community Policing Organization Assessment Program, which provides technical assistance to police agencies and sheriff's departments and their communities through a comprehensive onsite organization and community assessment related to community policing. Techniques used to improve organizational performance include strategic planning, training, conflict management, partnership building, and collaborative negotiation
